Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within one (1) hour of placing your order by emailing support@angietreasures.com

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled

Approved cancellations are subject to:

  • A 15% cancellation/restocking fee to cover payment processing costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Any promotional discounts applied to the order are non-refundable


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and processing costs.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except if defective or incorrect:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Health and wellness products

  • Hazardous or flammable materials


How to Start a Return

Email support@angietreasures.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A brief explanation of the return

  • Photos of defective, damaged, or incorrect items (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Submit a return request for the original item

  • Place a new order once the return is approved


Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

  • A claim ID from your local carrier may be required

  • Once verified, we will assist with a replacement


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
